Monthly Archives: March 2014

Day 78 – March 10, 2014 – Michael Tears It Up!

That look of determination. Wow!  Watch out for this guy!

Day 77 – March 9, 2014 – Portrait of Beautiful Puppy.

Took this at a friend’s house today, the pup is beautiful and loves to play, so glad she sat still for this.

Day 76 – March 8, 2014 – Granite Bay Challenge.

Mountain bike race today, got good shots of all racers.  I was playing with slow shutter speed for intentional blur, so many are not as crisp as I’d like, but this one captures Harry’s energy well!

Day 75 – March 7, 2014 – Night Sky.

The high ISO made the sky look cobalt!  Beautiful!

Day 74 – March 6, 2014 – Raindrops on Lily – Two Versions.

Which do you like better?  I couldn’t decide, so had to include both!

Day 73 – March 5, 2014 – Spring Flower.

Thanks to a tip from a friend, I started my day at Howarth Park in the middle of a dream of tiny tree blossoms.  I love the clarity of the pollen.  Gorgeous.

Day 72 – March 4, 2014 – Scarves on Display.

I love the colors and textures in this image.

Day 71 – March 3, 2014 – Evidence of Rain!

A beautiful flower captured after a shower.

Day 70 – March 2, 2014 – Naked Wines in Kenwood.

A break in the showers brought this scene to life.  What a beautiful view!  Rain drops on everything makes it sparkle.

Day 69 – March 1, 2014 – Rainbow!

My grandma wanted to give me a rainbow for my 5th birthday, just before she lost her battle with cancer, so they have always been special to me.  Not the most exciting shot, but love it regardless.  Sometimes emotional value matters more than composition.
